Delivery policy
Delivery is generally within 3 to 5 business days in Canada. Note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery. Shipments are made by Canada Post.
Return policy
Since our jewelry is handmade, please note that sales are final. On the other hand, in order to satisfy all our customers, our jewelry has a 10-day warranty after receipt on defects. Please contact us by email at creations7chakras@gmail.com and we will make the replacement.
For any problems with the order, do not hesitate to contact us and we will look at possible solutions together.
Port and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
